Description of Services Leev'net offers cleaning services for: Private residences Airbnb and short-term rental properties Service area: Greater Toronto Area, Ontario. Our packages (Small, Medium, Large) and optional add-ons (cleaning products provided, bed linen change, refrigerator cleaning, accessible window cleaning, and other available add-ons) are described on our website. Prices displayed at the time of booking are those applicable to your order. 3. Booking and Payment All bookings must be made through our website Payment is required online at the time of booking, via our payment provider, Stripe A booking confirmation is sent by email once payment has been processed Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) 4. Cancellation Policy Client Cancellation More than 48 hours before the appointment: free cancellation, full refund Between 48 hours and 12 hours before the appointment: 50% of the amount is retained Less than 12 hours before the appointment, or client absence (no access to the property): the full amount is charged Rescheduling Free if requested more than 24 hours in advance, subject to availability Even with less than 24 hours' notice, free if the new requested time slot matches an already-open slot in our schedule; otherwise, treated as a late cancellation under the terms above Cancellation by Leev'net In the event of an unforeseen circumstance, the client will be notified as soon as possible and offered another time slot or a full refund, at no charge Recurring Subscriptions An individual session may be cancelled or rescheduled according to the rules above, without affecting the rest of the subscription Cancelling a full subscription requires 7 days' notice before the next payment Special Cases Inability to access the property at the agreed time (no key, wrong code, no one present): treated as a client absence, full amount charged Extreme weather conditions preventing travel: rescheduling at no charge 5. Access to the Property The client is responsible for providing safe access to the property (key, access code, or presence on site) at the agreed time. Any delay in access caused by the client may reduce the available service time without a price reduction. 6. Service Duration Each package includes a maximum service duration. If the condition of the property requires more cleaning time than allotted under the selected package, additional fees may apply, or a higher-tier package may be recommended for future visits. 7. Liability and Limitation of Liability Leev'net is committed to providing professional and careful service The client is responsible for disclosing, prior to the appointment, any fragile items, sensitive surfaces, or special instructions Leev'net is not liable for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, pre-existing defects, or insufficient instructions provided by the client Any damage caused by negligence must be reported within [24-48 hours] following the service 8. Conduct and Safety The client agrees to provide a safe environment for service delivery. Leev'net reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a service under conditions deemed unsafe or inappropriate. 9. Changes to These Terms These terms may be modified at any time.
